General Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These general terms and conditions apply to all sales via the http://www.zandidoust.ch website (hereinafter referred to as the Site), and are agreed between, on the one hand, the company Metix Project Sàrl entered in the Federal commercial register (Switzerland) under number CH-660.1.206.015-2 and situated at 5C, Route des Jeunes CH-1227 Les Acacias (hereinafter referred to as Metix Project or the Seller) and, on the other hand, the natural or legal persons wishing to make a remote purchase from Metix Project (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer). The acquisition of a good or service from this Site implies unreserved acceptance by the Buyer of these general terms and conditions. Metix Project reserves the right to change its general terms and conditions at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date the order is placed by the Buyer.

Methods of Payment

All payments must be made exclusively via Paypal. We decline in this respect all responsibility in the event of any problems attributable to Paypal.

Prices

The prices displayed on the Site are expressed in Swiss francs [CHF], inclusive of all taxes applicable in Switzerland, but excluding any shipping fees. These fees are calculated based on the place of delivery of your order [Switzerland, Europe or to a country outside of Europe] and the method of dispatch chosen, and will be invoiced in addition to the cost of the items in your order.

Product

Metix Project reserves the right to adjust the prices, to pass on any additional costs and to modify any information on the products, such as photos of products and offers, without prior notice. The images of the products and the descriptive texts provided describe the products as accurately as possible. We cannot entirely rule out the possibility of errors on the page, and we cannot guarantee that all the images are a true reflection of the actual appearance of the watch. The images may vary based on the colour settings of your computer. All images must be considered solely as illustrations, and do not guarantee the appearance and the accuracy of the features. Any request for damages based on errors in illustrations, prices or texts, or due to late delivery or a failure to deliver, shall not be considered.

Guarantee

The buyer must check the state of the goods delivered immediately in order to rule out any evident material and manufacturing defects, and any damage due to transport. The Buyer must notify any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered in writing, within 14 days from receipt of the goods, in order that the Seller may remedy the situation. The Seller shall offer an exchange, reimbursement or a reduction in price of any non-compliant item. The guarantee of conformity is valid for 2 years and enters into force on the delivery date of the item, as evidenced by the accompanying document (invoice) that the Buyer must carefully retain.

Please note that any repairs or replacements shall be invoiced in the following cases, even during the guarantee. period

- Faults or damage due to incorrect use or negligence (impacts, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
- Any damage caused by poor maintenance or normal wear and tear
- Any failure or damage resulting from a repair or an unjustifiable modification
- Faults or damage as a result of fire or water
- Aesthetic damage occurring in the context of normal wear and ageing (minor scratches, etc. on the case and/or crystals, deterioration of the colour of the strap and chipping of the plating)
- Replacing the battery will be invoiced, even during the guarantee period.

Returns

If the Buyer changes his mind and does not wish to keep the items ordered, he is entitled to return them to the Seller within 14 days from receipt of the goods. Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with the labels containing their references), accompanied by the delivery note. Return delivery costs relating to the return are to be borne by the Buyer. The Buyer will be reimbursed, as soon as possible, for the whole of the amounts paid, provided that the Seller has received the items in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with all their accessories.

Methods of order delivery

On the Site, you can choose between two methods of delivery based on the terminology of our partner La Poste Suisse: Economy Shipping or Priority Shipping, depending on the shipping fees that they incur and the urgency of Your order. By way of information, and although it is not possible for us to guarantee them as they are the responsibility of our partner The Swiss Post , you can check the average delivery times for packages [working days] for each of these methods of delivery.

Shipping fees

Depending on the delivery address of your order, the method and delivery options that you chose during the order basket validation process, you will have to pay separate shipping fees over and above the cost of the items in your order.

Delivery in Switzerland

Any order placed on the site under Economy Shipping is exempts from shipping fees, whatever the delivery option [bundled or unbundled dispatch] and the value of the order. If the Buyer chooses delivery using Priority Shipping (delivery with tracking number) the costs of these services are, however, to be borne by said Buyer. The Buyer must acquaint himself with the details of the shipping fees for items sent in Economy Shipping and Priority Shipping. Delivery in Europe

Shipping fees for deliveries in Europe are different depending on the geographic zone to which each of the countries belongs. These are split into two zones - zone 1 and zone 2. The Buyer must familiarise himself with the details of the shipping and packaging fees for deliveries in Europe [zones 1 and 2]. Once your order has been placed, no claim in their regard shall be accepted. The Buyer may, moreover, familiarise himself with the distribution of countries outside Europe for zones 1 and 2 and the average delivery times for packages by our partner The Swiss Post . They are, however, provided for information purposes only. Consequently, the Seller's responsibility cannot be engaged in the event that the times actually noted were to exceed these indications.

Delivery to countries outside Europe

Shipping fees for deliveries to countries outside Europe are different depending on the geographic zone to which each of the countries belongs. Customs duties

Any customs duties and taxes specific to each country, exc. delivery in Switzerland, are your responsibility and are to be borne by you, in addition to the total amount of your order and shipping fees. In accordance with the law in force in the country of destination of your order, they may be duly claimed from the recipient of the package. You are therefore responsible for obtaining information from the relevant authorities of your country or the country of the recipient of your order and in particular in connection with a gift shipment.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These general online terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Geneva, Switzerland.
